✿Full payment upfront for orders under £100 (half upfront, second half after approved sketch/base colours). Payments for cancellations will be refunded proportional to the work completed.
✿The best payment method is via Etsy. However, payments can also be made via Paypal invoice.
✿Pricing is for personal, non-commercial use. Please contact me to discuss commercial projects.
✿You will receive a sketch within 1-5 working days, which must then been approved by you before the painting process will begin.
✿No refunds after a project has been completed and approved.
✿Pricing is for digital file only (apart from physical watercolour commissions). However physical prints can be arranged, please discuss this with me.

✿ Preferably please order or contact me through Etsy. You can, however, also contact me via Twitter, or E-mail.
✿ If you have a specific timeline/deadline, please tell in your first message.
✿ Please send me appropriate reference(s) of your character(s). You can send me links or attach them through DM.
✿ I will send you updates throughout the process. Each step (sketch/base colouring/etc.) will require your approval, so please keep in contact.
✿ Production times will vary on queue length and complexity.

✿ I retain the rights over my original artwork, including the right to post the image to my social media or portfolio.
✿ Do not use my art, even commissioned work, in any sort of AI art project without prior written permission (regardless of whether it is non-profit or not).
✿ When posted online, please provide credit.
✿Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.
✿All art is for non-commercial, personal use unless discussed beforehand.
